See, I think this way with Hill. Hendry has to realize that he has a number of in-house options for the bullpen who can come in and perform effectively. If he brings back Kerry Wood, all the better. Hill, on the other hand, gave the Cubs 195 innings of sub-4 ERA ball with a ton of strikeouts. That simply cannot be overlooked. He cannot be replaced nearly as easily. If Dempster replaces Hill, Hendry better realize that he will have to make up for this move with a big addition to the offense or rotation. Crawford is good, but not that good. A Marshall/Marmol/Cedeno package would be fair, imo.
