  1. Bring Gio on
  2. And here we go
  3. Dreading the 10 minutes of stoppage time incoming
  4. What a save!
  5. its like night and day from last half
  6. cant believe they actually gave a yellow to Bale even though it was deserved
  7. That was horsefeathering beautiful all around
  8. Annnd now 2 of our best players have to play tentatively for the next 2.8 matches
  9. Wales packing it in. I know they are more of a counter team that doesn't focus on possession but seems like they are playing for a draw right off the bat.
  10. It's Grant Wahl but still
  11. The nerves are beginning to be overwhelming. 1pm cant get here fast enough
  12. Not particularly inspiring to see Michigan notch 5 and 4 point wins over Eastern Michigan and Ohio while getting blown out by 25 to ASU. 3 of Michigan's next 6 games are against Top 15 teams (Virginia, neutral vs Kentucky, at UNC) so this could get ugly in a hurry. Or they are mostly very inexperienced players that are trying to figure it out and they might.
  13. At what point does Gio sub in?
  14. Incredible goal by the Dutch
  15. Thus the game will be decided by health. Corum is banged up and no ones sure how healthy he'll be. There are rumors that our RB 1A Edwards has a broken hand. 2 players on the line are injured. Our top pass rusher didn't play last week. Top 2 TEs didn't play last week (1 is out of the year). Michigan has no shot unless most of those guys are back IMO. With them back I actually feel fairly confident though I probably shouldnt.
  16. Same. Don't get me wrong we desperately need to improve WR too but only so many resources available. I do like the idea of trading down and doing OT and WR in the 1st and then focusing on the DL in the 2nd round. I guess it all depends on how we handle FA. Is OL or DL particularly strong this year?
  17. Good for Sterling for finally getting a World Cup goal. God knows he had plenty of chances last go around. Anyways my stomach is all in knots for this game. Let’s horsefeathering go USA
  18. Yet another area that desperately needs to be improved in the offseason. I didn’t even know we had an Armon Wats
  19. Conversely, they have outscored the opponent's offense 6 times this year and all of the last 3 games, and one of the 5 they were outscored was due to a 6 yard TD drive because of muffed punt. Yeah it’s funny. It’s a tank season but there is an alternate reality out there where the Bears are like 6-5 or 7-4 because they didn’t make a bunch of dumb plays to lose the game. But then again they made those dumb plays because they lack talent but you get what I mean. Imagine how different the narrative is if they’re 6-5 with Fields doing what he’s done.
  20. Even mild separated shoulder injuries are incredibly painful so that would track. Sit Fields through the bye week and let him finish up strong (if he’s recovered) IMO as much as that would pretty much end my fantasy season.
  21. This doesn’t sound good:
  22. It'd help save him long-term. Hopefully, this ends the designated run nonsense. Given when they called it (behind with an injured QB), I doubt they're that smart. Fields could only hide their incompetence for so long. I think a couple designed runs a game is fine but they seemed to be relying on it as much as possible today. That is not fine. He’s gonna get plenty of yards on scrambles too
  23. Fields ran 18 times today and was sacked/knocked down an additional 10 times. He didn’t take a hit on all those runs bc he slid or ran out of bounds but had to expect this would happen eventually
  24. Love how the NFL schedules almost half of the Bears home games for the last 5 games of the season with the Bears likely 3-9 going into that stretch. Also December in Chicago.
