  1. Yeah, the same kind of good that Mitch used to look like in essentially garbage time. I'll take my chances on GB's run of franchise QB's being over once Rodgers becomes an ex-Packer. That wasn’t garbage time. Look it’s a couple drives. I’m not saying he’s the next HOF Packers QB but he didn’t look lost like he did his last time out. Maybe not garbage time but Philly’s defense was mostly giving them space to complete the short passes to keep the clock moving. At least in the last drive. Obviously he had the 63 yard TD that was solid
  2. Go away Jordan Love, it’s our turn to own the North’s best QB
  3. Hurts is 34 rushing yards away from topping Fields’ month old record for most QB rushing yards in a game. One quarter to go, don’t take this from me Jalen
  4. I still agree with the logic with the crappy FA market. You are either picking WR 1st or 2nd round anyways so instead Claypool was that pick, not that he’s done a ton of impressive things so far. Not saying it was a great move, but a defensible one. Poles will make up for it when he picks up 2 future 1sts to move down 8 spots so someone can grab Stroud.
  5. Every NFC East team currently occupies a playoff spot
  6. Yeah this is huge. Huge for the Badgers, huge for the conference. When USC and UCLA join we could have all of these coaches in conference: Lincoln Riley Chip Kelly Jim Harbaugh Ryan Day Luke Fickell Matt Rhule Bret Beileima PJ Fleck James Franklin Sorry if I didn’t mention your coach. If I neglected to, it’s probably because you can’t play offense
  7. FWIW Eberflus said Fields is improving and there’s a real chance he plays next week Still not rooting for individual losses, especially against GB. I’ll enjoy the benefit if we do lose but would sicken me to see Fields breakout season end at 3-14 Actually correction today I was rooting for a loss with pretty much every player I care about for the future out including Fields. But I’ll be rooting to beat the Packers next week
  8. I have tickets to the game against Green Bay next week. If Fields isn't playing then I don't think I want to go, lol. I’m gonna be scouring the market looking to take my kids to their first game. Normally GB would be a tough ticket but I’m guessing GB fan enthusiasm is low too
  9. Jags came back and beat the Ravens too. Double benefit. Jags get a win and Ravens 2nd round pick rises
  10. Sucks because we could have had 2 and 34 overall. I still get the logic behind the trade for Claypool but that’s tough to swallow. Either way trade down and collect picks and we’ll be fine. Poles is gonna do some magic to get us a haul IMO
  11. Claypool also appears hurt. Wtf is going on
  12. Great news Bears fans - you get to watch this team in Chicago in December for 4 of the last 5 games!
  13. Only unranked P5 championship game participant is Purdue
  14. Now Mooney left the game without being able to put weight in his leg. Great stuff
  15. Eddie Jackson embracing the tank by getting hurt when he is the only person that could have stopped Garrett Wilson for a long TD. Sucks for him though that didn’t look good at all
  16. Think we can get another first by trading Fields? (Please don’t take this seriously)
  17. Didnt know we have a Darrynton Evans
  18. See we’re not tanking we’re “trying” to see if Siemian can play
  19. 3-1 Croatia. Barring a miracle over the last 20 mins Canada will be out after 2 matches yikes
  20. I’m sure he’s a great guy. This team needs an offense. I mean the coach they fired was an offensive guy. But you're right. QB and OL play has been bad recently.
  21. It's got to be OSU, right? Bama's only going to have one win against a ranked team in Texas who is barely ranked. OSU beating ND is probably pretty close. ND was 15th and will probably drop a couple spots. Texas was 23rd and will probably jump a couple spots. OSU also beat what will be a top-10 Penn State team on the road. OSU's loss is worse by points (by 22 at home vs. by 4 total points, both on the road) but it's also to a better team (top-2 vs. top-10-12ish). If Bama had pulled out one of those games they'd be ahead of OSU, though they'd also be in the SEC title game in that scenario and would have the chance to play their way in like they did last year. Yeah but Bama is in the SEC where you have to play the 85 Bears every week
  22. They’re not supposed to do this but I think the committee avoids a Michigan/OSU rematch in the semis. TCU would be 3rd IMO
  23. That was exactly my take. We live through Rich Rod and Hoke. We knew it could be a lot worse. As it was Harbaugh had gotten Michigan within an inch of the CFP in 2016 and a zone defense away from making the CFP in 2018 (ok maybe a bit of a stretch but they were a win away). Rich Rod and Hoke never came close. Figured if we gave him enough time eventually he’d break through.
