I remember going to a game in the early 90's that went into the 14th inning, and Harry went out between half innings and sang the 7th inning stretch again. We needed something like that three innings ago.

I remember beginning to watch this game on the treadmill at the gym. Since then I've done pretty much nothing else other then drive home and watch this...

I didn't mind the zone until a couple innings ago when Guz started getting squeezed a little while the Astros zone got a little generous. I minded it when Clemens was getting gift wrapped calls waaaay earlier in the game.

This game better end soon or I am going to "grow up" a little bit tonight as it will be the first time I have to turn off a sports event while its still going on so I can get enough sleep to be alive at work tomorrow. I thought I could make it until age 30

For the record, the best thing to do in that situation is do the thing that gets the bat in Ramirez's hands with a chance to swing. Probably not the best statistical option, but that's what I would do.

Details plz for those w/o tv volume! hes been blabbin the last few ininngs about Barret and Blanco before that... Well he is a former catcher... Understood, but you don't hear Joe Morgan going nuts over pre pitch positioning of middle infielders. No you just hear him blab about gritty players with intangebles, and obsess over players in his era.
