It's been a while... my point is that people get on the list and wait for months, so some might not take too kindly to you stealing their spot. lucky for you, Bob doesn't seem to care Well Bob is apparently MIA, and normally the person on deck would start. I was flying back from Europe when I got the PM so Cubbiechris started it because there was no thread. There's nothing wrong with that.

    I guess I am on deck so I was supposed to start if Bob Sanders did not appear, but I'm all for keeping the winning streak going. If we happen to lose and Bob Sanders is still MIA I'll start the next thread. Anyways, go Cubs but also GO BEARS

    Rich Hill's ERA is just around 4 now. Only Lilly is safely in the 3 range for our vaunted rotation.

    I dont care what hand pitcher he is facing, Craig Monroe is awful (5-25 with the Cubs, with over half against lefties)

    This is what I have to say to Z. Thinking about ourselves? A) what the hell does that mean? B) do you not pay attention to what goes on in front of you? do you not see what the circumstances were for other people that got booed? do you think that 4 years of great stuff you are off the hook, that you can get away with complete garbage performances during the stretch run? did you not see Sammy Sosa? I'm sorry that Cubs fans are boo'ing you but you have to realize that we've been 99 freaking years without a title. it's not like you've had 1-2 starts where you've been bad. You've had 29 starts and you've given up 4 ER or more in 11 of them. Thats not good. Figure out what the hell is going on and fix it. You sure as heck make a hell of a lot of money. Figure this crap out and fix it.

    The big ten network is the dumbest thing ever. Agreed. Hey, let's create a network that 95% of the fanbase will not be able to access the channel. They will eventually. But even when they do it will probably end up being a premium package that you have to pay more for.
