Scale of 1-10? I'd say about a 4. I'd be much more worried if we were playing at full strength and playing crappy teams. Also, despite going 1-5 this week, we are still 2.5 games up in the division and 4.5 up on the wild card. If we have a 1-6 week next week, I'll be up to about a 9

Thats because the Sox hit balls out of the park. Fukudome - 6 Theriot - 1 Edmonds - 7 Lee - 15 Ramirez - 14 DeRosa - 8 Soto - 13 Cedeno - 1 Blanco - 1 Total - 66 vs. Cabrera - 6 Pierzynski - 5 Quinten - 19 Dye - 18 Thome - 15 Crede - 15 Swisher - 9 Ramirez - 5 Anderson - 4 Total - 96 They have 30 more HRs on the season in their starting lineup today.

This team is not good to begin with on the road so far this year. Take out a few starters and it is worse. Also, this team looks very tired right now. Pretty pathetic if they are tied. They've had quite a few off days the last 2 weeks including a day off between home series.

I wish we only played 3 games a year against the White Sox. Even before we began this disaster of a weekend, I was not really excited for this series at all. 6 times in a span of 10 days is just too much.

The past few years, the White Sox have pulled way too many players off the scrap heap and made stars out of them. Im not saying, Im just saying. Like who? I wouldn't say Linebrink was off the scrap heap either. -Linebrink 2008 -Dye 2005 -Pyrzynskie 2005 -Podsednik 2005 -Quentin 2008(maybe not Quentin, as he could just be getting more of an opportunity) -Thortnon 2007 Your list keeps getting worse. Dye is the closest thing that I would agree with.

I wouldn't say Linebrink was off the scrap heap either. Gavin Floyd, Carlos Quentin Both under the age of 25 and both regarded as top prospects at one point. Picking someone off the scrap heap is like signing Todd Wellemeyer after being released and converting him into an All Star caliber starter.

I think very few fans have been able to experience an entire year with no extended bad baseball.

I know the Sox are playing really well right now...but overall I think they have a damn good team and one that I think will contend for another World Series title. Amazing that they can win a World Series, almost halfway destruct their team, and build another potential contender in 3 years.
