    Would be good for the Yanks. Would also make me hate them even more Kosuke and B grade prospect for Dunn? Move Sori to right and plug Dunn in left. Haha, I can't see the Reds taking on that contract for what we've gotten out of Fuk so far.

    Had the best record by 5.5 games 2 weeks ago, 0.5 games now. Oh, and because the 2nd and 3rd best teams in our division are also the 2nd and 3rd best teams in the NL, losing best record status means losing 1st place. Every team goes through slumps. Be patient...we'll be just fine. I'm just explaining why 'having the best record in the NL' is irrelevant in this discussion

    Its called - Brewers hot streak + Cubs cold streak. When the Cubs won 9 in a row, I believe it was the same time the Brewers were getting swept in Boston.

    No kidding. What did some of these posters do the years the cubs actually had a bad team? Apathy. Read the 2006 game logs....all 2 pages of them.

    Agreed. The bullpen is awful right now. Who do you trust to come in and get outs? Cotts? Marmol? Eyre? Howry?

    Wanna make a bet the Cubs have sole possession of first after the Milwaukee series? Internet bet....sure. The Brewers haven't really been playing all that great the last few games. Their hot streak is starting to end. Not saying they are going to go into a nose dive or anything, but they aren't going to win every game from now on. I feel pretty confident overall that we at least split the series in Milwaukee. CC vs. Lilly - Probably CC Zambrano vs. Sheets - Sheets hasn't been at the top of his game lately, but its a tossup Dempster vs. Parra - Another toss up, Cubs should win one of these 2 aforementioned games Harden vs. Suppan - Probably Harden
