Meh it happens. The Cubs have been struggling a bit on offense lately, and they ran into a pitcher they haven't seen before that consistently got ahead of the count and was in control of the game. This is hopefully the low point of the Cubs slump and hopefully they start to hit better, coinciding with Geo's return. I get that, frustrations over losing a game you shouldn't be losing in a tight race. As for the "running into a pitcher they haven't seen before", more the reason to be more patience then they were. Well I think they were patient. The problem was this pitcher was throwing strikes and getting ahead in the count, forcing the Cubs to have to guess while behind in the count vs. a pitcher they've never seen before.
