70s night. Isn't there fireworks after the game also? Florida doesn't even deserve this team Why? It only takes 4 concurrent promotions and a well supported road team to make the park half full. BTW, I think Florida deserves the team. Wait until the new ballpark is built...once you are not trying to attract fans to a ballpark in a poor location to come sit in 90 degree weather with a 60% chance of rain, people will come out. I think there are some passionate fans in the Florida area....I'm not saying this is a thriving baseball market, but I think they should be able to average 20-25K in their new park once the initial bump subsides.

Phew, survived through 7. Who knows what Marmol we have tonight though. After the Marlins scored their 5th run, I had a feeling this was one of those games where all the scoring would happen before the 5th inning and then it would just be holding on for the win. Either that or we hold on until the 9th and Gregg gives up a 2 run homer.

I love Ramy and he certainly has his clutch moments but every once in awhile he comes up with RISP and has this wild big swinging mentality up there. I don't even really know what that means but it makes sense to me.

I took a nap for the first 45 minutes of the game and woke up to a 6-0 Cubs lead. Now it's 6-5. Some sneak a sleeping pill in my drink.

Bradley walks, Jake Fox homers. That is if Marshall can get out of Marmol's mess he made himself. Sucks because Marmol usually gets out of those jams only because he's nearly unhittable. It seems like every hit he actually gives up ends up being costly because there are guys on base beforehand.

oh sexy. I think Olsen is making the leap to amongst the elite level of TEs this year (by that I mean top 5 receiving TE in the game). He was already pushing that level after last year but this year it will be clear.
