    Assuming the Blackhawks can finish off Vancouver (I can't believe I'm saying that already), in your opinion how would you predict a SJ-Chi series to go with SJ having home ice? I feel like the Hawks always play the Sharks well, and both teams appear to be playing their best hockey right now. let me think about it, I still have a lot of emotion blinding judgment so not sure I would make a good prediction. I mentioned this during the season sometime but will say it again. San Jose has had issues in the play offs but so has Quennville coached teams in my opinion. Good call. I probably shouldn't have asked you to predict a playoff series between the team that just beat you in the playoffs, and your historical biggest rival just minutes after getting eliminated.

    Weird...the Cubs are 0-6 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this month and 6-0 on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday this month. Also, they have won 7 consecutive games during weekend series (Friday-Sunday)

    Awesome! you get seats or SRO? I managed to find a pair on ticketmaster in the 300 level about an hour before the game tonight. If you want to go, I would definitely suggest going on ticketmaster tonight and tomorrow as many times as you can stomach, because the word on the street is that there have been plenty of tickets released the day before all these playoff games. If you search for tickets and nothing comes up, search at least 3-4 more times because sometimes that's what it takes to successfully pull the tickets up. If you do it more than like 8 times and nothing comes up, nothing is available at the time. Try a few hours later.

    I think they will have fight. No team wants to get pantsed like this and not do anything about it. Of course if they get behind early, doing anything about it might mean more goonery. Honestly, deep down I really thought the Hawks would lose this series. Not that the series is over, but its looking like I'm dead wrong. Something for some reason just clicked 10 minutes into game 2 and they've been great more often than not since.

    Haha, the VS commentator accidently (presumably) called this game a win by the Hawks already. [expletive] there's a goal 6-4.

    I have to admit, I hadn't really noticed his crappiness since the first couple shifts tonight. I posted that because he just had a horrible turnover in the Hawks zone.

    It's like Jim Hendry is paying Jordan Hendry to suck really bad so the spotlight is off him being the worst Hendry in Chicago sports.

    Thank god Kopecky decided to actually play a little this year. There was a time this year when Q was considering scratching him for a stretch of games.

    I was listening to Montreal's postgame shot on the radio last night, and they were talking about this game tonight and they were talking about the Hawks chances in the game, and basically the guy said Vancouver would come out really sharp, and Chicago would struggle to score because there's no way they are getting 5 goals on Luongo again in this series. You're right...we got 6. And counting. :)

    Damn if Toews wasn't backhanding that, he'd probably have had the control to squeeze that in for a goal.

    The fans are just begging for something to cheer about. If Vancouver gets a goal, especially with plenty of time left, it's gonna be really really tough to stop the momentum they get.

    Vancouver is playing pretty good so far. I know the Hawks are sitting back a bit and not being as aggressive offensively, but they are getting way too many good chances here.

    It's funny to think you can bitch about the refs after we just got 2 seperate 5 on 3's, but there were definitely 1-2 obvious penalties missed there on Vancouver and the penalty on Hossa was iffy at best.
