    Yeah that's been a problem tonight. It's so frustrating to see them set something up and then blow that opportunity by mishandling it. I just honestly think the Flyers are a better team/are playing better right now. I'm starting to accept that. It's hard though considering the teams we beat in the playoffs.

    2-2 or not, this team is falling apart and facing a bad matchup problem. It's theoretically possible they might get lucky and steal two games they don't deserve, but it's not going to happen. Give me a break, are you aware of the garbage Philly has in net? It's going to cost them. when? they're about to be 2-2 in the series despite crap goaltending. I'd argue that Leighton has outplayed Niemi since Game 1. I'm starting to think he is for real because he's making decent saves. Part of it is the Philly defense which is refusing to let the Hawks get almost any legit good looks, but Leighton has gotten a piece of almost everything eldr.

    I think they've basically been about even when the teams are even strength. Hell, Philly didn't get a shot for ten minutes. Dominated for 4 games? Sorry, I'll stop and let you vent. You've learned :) I said dominated for 4 games because saying "playing even with the Flyers or dominated for 4 games" sounds less worse.

    At least if the Hawks went on the PP, that's 2 less minutes for our defense to give up a horrible turnover in our zone leading to a Flyers goal.

    I know the Hawks could easily turn this around but I cant see them winning another game this playoffs. I just haven't seen one good performance out of them this series, and in fact they are getting worse. The Flyers will have all the momentum, and will be in the Hawks heads. You just cannot maintain confidence when you're being dominated for 4 games.

    Seriously I am so mad at Hossa for not shooting that puck. That's why you have 3 [expletive] goals in the entire playoffs. I know he's played well besides that but [expletive] me.

    Fantastic in game 2, above average in game 3.

    That might have been the worst period I've seen the Hawks play in the entire playoffs. The need to have their best period of the season or I'm going to join the series is over crowd. 4th straight game they've either beat us on the scoreboard or played better than us or both.

    Thank God. The only goals we're getting are shots from near the blue line.

    Is it a penalty to hold onto your opponents stick and bring them to the ground so they can't get to a puck? If so, that's another penalty missed by the refs on the Flyers.

    Based on what I've seen this series, I'd say the Flyers defense is better than ours. They have been fantastic since game 1. Any rebound Leighton gets is quickly cleared out. Face it we've had a lot of success cleaning up rebounds and that's how we get a lot of our goals. We just aren't getting those chances in this series. They are also getting their sticks on every decent feed in their zone, and not turning the puck over in their zone. Fantastic play.

    Hawks look like their regular season "deer in headlights" when things go bad selves.

    Team of destiny. That was probably the worst defensive sequence I've seen out of the Hawks all year.

    Either we are making bad passes or we are making good passes and they are missing the players stick. So frustrating to see us just off on a lot of good potential chances.

    We've been so close on a number of occasions, which is so so frustrating. And yes Hossa looks like the best player on the ice. Kane hasn't looked bad either.
