  1. Also, Boozer and Rip didn't make the trip to SA, Hinrich is doubtful, Rose and Taj are day to day and Nate missed the 4th quarter of the last game with a side injury. And Noah still has plantar fasciitis. Assuming Nate will play and of course Noah will... Robinson/Teague Bellineli/Cook Deng/Butler Amundson/Radmanovic Noah/Mohammed Dead sexy
  2. I hope this is true
  3. Yeah...only 5 draft picks this year. If we trade a 1st or a 2nd in a deal, we are left with only 1 pick in the first 3 rounds.
  4. Granderson too. That would hurt the Yankees just a little for Cano and Granderson to miss 50 games at the same time to start the season.
  5. Yes and no. Cutler and Marshall were the 2nd and 3rd highest paid players on the team and they didnt make either list. Tillman was 5th and Briggs 9th and they were both undervalued. But yeah Peppers should be no surprise as we had to overpay him to get him in FA, although he did underperform last year according to the numbers. Urlacher's performance was only worth $1.2 mil last year (for reference Jason Campbell's performance was worth $1.1 mil), although he missed a good amount of time and was hobbled for the rest of it.
  6. Hope this wasn't posted already. Pro Football Focus looked at the 10 most undervalued and overvalued players on the Bears last year. https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2013/03/02/performance-based-value-chicago-bears/ 1. Idonije (+5.9m) 2. Jennings (+5.6m) 3. Melton (+5.5m) 4. Briggs (+4.3m) 5. Wright (+3.0m) 6. Tillman (+2.4m) 7. Paea (+1.5m) 8. Nate Collins (+1.4m) 9. Conte (+1.3m) 10. Webb (+1.2m) Overvalued 1. Urlacher (-8.4m) 2. Peppers (-7.5m) 3. Forte (-4.7m) 4. Spencer (-3.4m) 5. Campbell (-2.6m) 6. Chris Williams (-2.3m) 7. Hester (-1.9m) 8. Roach (-1.3m) 9. Kellen Davis (-1.2m) 10. Toeaina (-1.1m)
  7. Yeah, what the hell has gotten into him today? Teague looks good, showing a nice ability to penetrate tonight. Nazr has actually been decent lately. Risen from the dead
  8. Oh yeah, 31-2-7 since Feb 29, 2012 (regular season). That's just about 1/2 of a full season of play (40 games).
  9. Hinrich is hilarious. He cannot go more than 2 games without a new injury. So no Rose, no Kirk, no Rip, no Taj. Am I missing anyone?
  10. Man this is enraging to watch

  12. Didn't realize the Ducks lost a point last night too. Good stuff.
  13. 19-0-3 9 straight wins as well
  14. lets crapshoot it up Nom matter what happens the Hawks havent lost in any way other than a crapshoot
  15. LMAO....only a shortie will keep the Hawks from 22.
  16. That sucks
  17. I wanted to see if the Hawks start has changed anyones views on Stan Bowman and the job he's done. In the offseason (pre-lockout) there was a growing criticism of him and how hes managed the Hawks since the Cup. I'll admit I am surprised at the amount of depth it seems like this team has and the defense has been a crap load better this year. I don't know how I feel, I was on his side but was really wavering after what seemed like a bit of a disappointing offseason. I don't want to jump the gun after 21 games either.
  18. This is the Blackhawks thread. There is an NHL thread. He also talks about the Blackhawks, and Detroit plays the Hawks Sunday. NewUserName is awesome and provides great Hawks related commentary. His comments are always welcome here as far as I'm concerned.
  19. ...it is Weird. Espn and yahoo sportacular say its today.
  20. Dammit I thought the Michigan MSU game was tomorrow. I'm not ready to watch Michigan lose yet.
  21. Haha 39 out of 42 possible points. 18-0-3
  22. The Lakers win every single trade they make. I cant remember the last time they didn't hose somebody. The Gasols trade? Given that it directly led them to 3 NBA Finals appearances, 2 championships and shut Kobe up from demanding trades, I think they did pretty well for themselves with that one.
