    Jeez, Cleveland might actually turn the corner here. They are 3-2, and the combined record of their next 3 opponents is 1-16 (at JAX, vs. OAK, vs TB).

    Amazing play. Would have been another 0 point drive due to time management. Mills completely whiffed a block on a play where he could do anything but whiff a block and give up a sack. A holding call and it's still a very makeable FG. just had to note that there were several holding calls on the Falcons after Cutler hit him in the nuts.

    So with another big day yesterday, my main fantasy team now leads the league in points scored. Unfortunately, I am only 2-4 overall and in 10th place (out of 12 teams) after this weeks games. How does that happen? I guess the 1.5 point and 3.5 point losses earlier in this year don't help. Luckily 8 teams make the playoffs, and the leagues #4-9 teams are all 3-3, so with another win I could really shoot up in the standings.

    Man...there's nothing quite like a safety that's frequently concussed and with two bad shoulders. Can't beat it. He's played really well though. Seems like a good time to get him a couple weeks off. Can't keep letting him go out there and get hurt every week. Give him thru the bye week to heal up. If he can keep toughing it out and its not effecting his play enough to be worse than Vareen, I put him out there the next 2 weeks. I think we especially could use him against NE and the GB after the bye.

    I think you should be mad at your league's scoring. How the hell did the Eagles D score 30 in your league without a defensive TD, and only 1 turnover? My league is the same. 12 points for allowing 0 points, 2 points per sack, 2 points per turnover

    Once you know you can get a timeout whenever you want due to some fake ass mound issue you use that to your advantage.

    In 16 complete games with Trestman, Cutler is 377/576 (65.5%) for 4271 yds, 32 TDs, 17 INTs, 7.4 YPA, and a 93.7 rating

    I hate that I have so much bad luck in fantasy that I'm considering benching Randle and the Eagles D tonight with a 1.6 point lead and no guys left for opponent because I can totally see a scenario where they combine to lose more than 1.6 points. But I probably won't sit them because I equally fear a 1.7 point stat correction in my opponents favor.

    So with Florida State/ND and Miss/Miss State on the schedule, there is guaranteed to be a 1 loss team in the playoff. That said if the Mississippi teams go into their game undefeated, I'm assuming they will both be in regardless, unless the winner loses in the SEC title game

    I have no idea what to think of this team. I'd hope for better but if they can get past Miami, @ New England, @ Green Bay at 4-5 they have a shot to do something. 5 of last 7 at home and 4 of those 7 against the division. Dallas looks a little harder but New Orleans looks a little easier and regardless they are both at home. The 2 Vikings games (no more house of horrors at the dome) and TB games look very winnable. So win 3 of 4 against Minny/Det, win 2 of 3 against TB/NO/DAL and we have a shot at the playoffs.

    Again, the Falcons offensive line is statistically nearly as bad as the Bears' was a couple of years ago but damn the Dline has been impressive all game. Really needed this.

    I considered saying something. I don't mind them playing it safe here with so little time left. Plus if the Bears suck offensively next week I can go full meatball and point out that 7 games into the season and the Bears haven't put up 30 points.

    O'Donnell has been pretty solid at distance and hang time. Would have liked to have seen a better short yardage result there.

    I love how our fans consider starting at the 24 yard line decent field position with this special teams. 10 yards not worth the possibility that we forget to play to the whistle again or some other dumb thing happening I'm not dogging you, I said the same thing. More of a reflection of how bad our ST is that we consider our own 24 yard line decent field position.
