Since twitter is freaking out over the lineup tonight, I think back to the start of the season when we were trying to figure out how to create the worst lineup possible with the current roster. Here is the worst offensive lineup I can come up with, only putting guys at positions they've played before LaStella, 2B Heyward, CF Soler, LF Baez, 3B Kalish, RF Ross, C Federowicz, 1B Russell, SS Federowicz played 2 games at 1B in his career. Heyward is assuming gimpy wrist version, and Russell is legally bound to 7-9th in the order.

Probably a good thing since we have Hendricks going and Ross doesn't give up dongs anyway. Hendricks doesn't really give up a ton either does he?

Yeah we will be down Schwarber, Heyward, Montero (injuries) and Soler (suckitude) from our opening day lineup if Heyward goes on the DL, not to mention Szczur and now Ramirez currently off the active roster. And yet we still have a historic run differential.

There are like 4 current or future all stars in that lineup, it's not like the Dusty lineups that used to start with Neifi Perez and Rey Ordonez

What is the precedent for a 24 year old to have such a drastic cut in his K rate? I remember Kyle basically saying Bryant has very little development he can do at his age and his K rate would probably not drastically improve. -
