    Dodgers announcers bagging on Hendricks, saying if it was 2-0 with Arrieta or Lester on the mound, they might be done for, but with Hendricks on the mound, the hitters have to think they have a chance to come back. To their credit, they did go on to compliment him on his pitching style despite overpowering stuff.

    I thought Russell was over his issues with holding onto the bat, but I believe that's 2 straight days its slipped out of his hands. What a tough break, bases loaded 0 outs would have been awesome. Come on Javy.

    Baseball is so frustrating sometimes. This team is clearly an excellent offensive team yet it will have multiple stretches like this where they can barely generate offense over the course of a season.
