Sucks that it's supposed to be 79 today and 81 tomorrow but then Friday it's only 68/48 and Saturday 64/50. Guess Soler isn't making the roster after all

I made that noise, too, except I was trying to swallow the freakishly large boner that cover gave me because I'm not afraid of stupid baseball things. It's a pretty badass cover. I think I might actually buy one.

Yeah but then you open the possibility that advanced scouts from Giants/Mets attend. Not sure if there is anything really secret that the Cubs are doing but Jake could be working on some stuff, etc.

Random but the Cubs 9th inning comeback in this game moved the Reds from the 7th pick in next year's draft to the 2nd pick. When the Reds version of Kris Bryant is killing us in 2020, you can thank Szczur, Kawasaki and co. Edit: Just kidding I'm sure they will blow the pick

Didn't TLR basically hitch himself to Stewart in a 'if you fire him, I am gone too' sort of thing? If so that's hilarious because 1) Either TLR fired him while retaining himself or 2) Someone about TLR fired Stewart and TLR isn't going to follow through and resign himself. Of course if news is still trickling out, TLR might be getting the axe as well.

My league is 2 QB league too but PPR. Usually 130 gets you a win 75% of the time. I've scored at least 147 points in every week this season and lost every time. The last 2 weeks I will have scored 187 and somewhere between 165-170. I just looked it up, if I played every team in my league in every week and scored my LOWEST point total of the season in those games, my record would be 22-22. I'm either 2 or 3 in average per week but am 0-4. It's only an 8 team league and 6 make playoffs. 1 of the teams is trash so I am sill very much in it if I can go like 6-3, 7-2 the rest of the way. I also get Brady back this week. So I've been putting up big points with Flacco, Tyrod and Marriota as my QBs I'm glad I'm not alone in this. I am in a 12 team league and 8 make the playoffs, but I am already going to be 2 games out of a playoff spot despite having scored the 2nd most points in the league to date.

MLBN always gets a couple of playoff games regardless of whatever else is going on. They did last year too but both of them were AL games. No way they blackout the playoffs, right? Huh? Why would they do that when they are the only network in the country broadcasting the game?
