I know playoff Kershaw is overstated but I just feel better about facing him right now Starts with more than 2 ER: Regular season: 2 in 21 starts Playoffs: 2 in 2 starts Starts with less than 7 IP: Regular season: 5 in 21 starts (3 of them were first 3 starts after injury when he was on aggressive pitch count) Playoffs: 2 in 2 starts. I know it's SSS and a few others reasons but I can't help but feeling that way -

Yeah, I've heard that a number of them were complaining about the "lucky" defensive plays. The best response I heard to that was that the Cubs defense is not a bug, it's a feature. Just curious, what Dodgers forum were you looking at? The only one I used to look at was Dodger Blues, before it got hacked and died. No forums just their SB nation blog (truebluela) and a couple other dodger blogs I found via google

I was just about to ask how the hell the Bears have the 2nd highest avg yards per play in the NFL but haven't scored more than 23 points in a game and then the Bears committed a false start

Would be fun to have a coach that decides to be aggressive on their opening drive on 4th and 2 from the opponents 40. Not saying that's always the right decision. I just wish it wasn't called the same way 100% of the time

I don't understand the difference in these stats... theyre both 0-2? The first one is his slash line when an AB ends when the count was 0-2. The second one is slash line when an AB starts with a 0-2 count.

Oh right but you said this was an obvious joke. Ha ha. Tbh I didn't think the game thread was that bad last night. The last 2 games vs SF were much worse with people outright calling the Cubs chokers and losers. There was none of that yesterday just people questioning Joe's managerial decisions. Yes, I was joking. Believe it or not, I don't care. But it was gross last night and I can't imagine watching every game always expecting the worst outcome. I guess I'm not seeing where the joke is. I don't think you were proposing benching Rizzo but that you felt that Joe benching Rizzo was enough in the realm of possibility that Joe would think about it. I'll drop it but I couldn't help but bring it up when I saw who started this thread.
