  1. Glennon has all of the "where the horsefeathers are you throwing" throws that Jay had without any of the "how the horsefeathers did you complete that pass" plays.
  2. Yep we might be 2-1 if we had a QB and receivers
  3. Yeah we need him to get through another. Then Strop and Carl close it out
  4. There have only been 3 times this weekend where these teams were not seperated by 1 run. On Thursday the Cubs held a 2-0 lead from the top of the 3rd to the bottom of the 4th and then 5-3 during the 10th inning. On Friday the Brewers had a 3-0 lead from the bottom of the 2nd to the top of the 3rd when the Cubs scored 2 runs. That's it
  5. Pace has brought a decent amount of talent to the Bears in the draft. He's by no means an elite GM (lol) but I'm not pushing him out the door yet. Maybe others are that's fine. Either way, he needs to get rid of Fox and/or start Trubisky before it's unavoidable for him to go down with the ship
  6. 3rd and 16 in a tie game with 5 mins left and his decision is to throw 7 yards down field to a guy who has 3 defenders in front of him. Ok....
  7. I want someone to ask Fox if he believes that Glennon gives the Bears the best shot to win. 9-14, 54 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT He's produced 38 points in almost 3 games Of those, 7 were in garbage time when the Bears were down by 30 and 7 were on a short field because of a muffed punt.
  8. Yeah there was like those 2-3 weeks he was showing signs of life but he's been awful the last week or so
  9. Looks increasingly likely that those 4 points will factor into the outcome
  10. I have never ever seen a QB so helpless under pressure in my life. Like the pressure comes and he is completely unable to get rid of the ball. It's insane Jay got sacked a lot but he could also dance around the pocket and could get rid of the ball quickly. Sure sometimes that caused him to throw off his back foot and/or throw a bad pass that was picked off but he could also find an open guy out of the corner of his eye for a big gain. Glennon is just awful and my opinion of the FO is dropping by the drive that they saw him as a viable option. I swear Matt Barkley did better with just as shitty a group of WRs
  11. Cunningham great gain on a screen. Elite Cohen stuffed at the line. Not elite
  12. I didn't see the single and whether he could have scored. Could he have? the Cubs are below average at driving runners in from 3rd with less than 2 outs (I think I read that the other day) so why the heck do we employ the most conservative 3B coach in the majors
  13. I'm starting to wonder if Tim's account was hacked. I don't remember the real Tim ever annoying driving home an unpopular point every single time a data point is created in his favor.
  14. This is annoying. It's been like 10 days since we've had a 15+ run game
  15. Bigger blunder: this or the time vs GB where all the Bears didn't go after a fumble with the playoffs on the line
  16. Way to cost your team 5 points you moron Edit: or 7? Holy hell that is an unbelievable blunder
  17. I have to say that the 2 plays I've seen Prince get challenged on he's made 2 very nice plays. Good to see him in there and making an impact
  18. Well they were averaging 4.6 YPC before that 35osh yard Cohen run. Considering their Noodle arm stiff of a QB is 3-6 for 18 yards I think that's pretty elite That would be 6th in the nfl on the year, or around the 20th percentile. Maybe "elite" just means different things to me than the rest of you. I really don't know why you are choosing this hill to die on.
  19. Don't know if you can say they've done so well when they have 56 yards of offense midway through the 2nd quarter I was told they've been elite so far. Well they were averaging 4.6 YPC before that 35osh yard Cohen run. Considering their Noodle arm stiff of a QB is 3-6 for 18 yards I think that's pretty elite
