  1. Howard might be the worst pass catching RB I've ever seen
  2. And we immediately see the effect of the loss of Miller
  3. There's the turnover as the Saints were going for the kill. Hopefully they can make something of it
  4. Instead we're losing by 11. Conservative game plan = closer losses but ones that have a higher probability of occurring. If you're gonna lose any way, should give Mitch more chances to learn something. I definitely don't think he should be slinging it all over the field but they made some very conservative playcalls in saints territory that led them to 3rd and longs and stalled drives.
  5. The shitty thing is that I think the Bears have outplayed the Saints today but are down 2 scores. If that Miller catch is a TD, the offense has gained about 20 yards less than the Saints, the defense could have 3 turnovers today with a little luck.
  6. 4th quarter in a 1 score game. Good time to blow a TO
  7. you challenge this one but not the fumble earlier? There's no way they reverse this
  8. Look I get it..they want to be super conservative with Trubisky. It's hard to read defenses and do all that horsefeathers and you don't want him to make some bad mistakes that will hurt his confidence. But at some point you are a football coach and need to horsefeathering try to win the horsefeathering game
  9. What is he gonna make a couple good blocks for Howard?
  10. Run run pass Run run pass Run run out of town
  11. Right. They've only really allowed 10 points (ST blunder added 4 more) in 3 quarters to the Saints in the dome.
  12. The official explanation is that he dropped the ball while he was hobbling around on the ground with a torn ACL like 3 seconds after the play should have been called dead right? Didn't complete the process...horsefeathering [expletive]
  13. Wow that was payback for Calvin Johnson. The dude horsefeathering tore an ACL and you call that back? Unreal Bears ST gave the Saints 4 points to start the game and the refs ripped off 4 points from the Bears there. Difference in the game is 8 right now. No to mention overturning a fun that you could argue had inconclusive replay as well as another fumble that I think was a legit fumble and not reviewed. Horrible luck
  14. WHAT THE horsefeathers????
  15. Could we see Mitch's 1st 200 yard game today? At a career high 159 right now
  16. 96 yard TD Drive. Sucks with Miller's injury history he's probably out for the year
  17. Stop the running plays that require a long setup on 2nd and long in FG range down 2 scores
  18. Can someone explain why the Bears don't ever try things like slants and WR screens to get the ball moving? It seems like every play is run up the middle or a long developing intermediate pass play. Considering defenses are stacking the box and putting pressure on every dropback it seems like short quick passes would be ideal. Do they not believe Mitch can read man vs zone well enough to let him make passes like that? Obviously the Bears don't have personnel like the Saints where you'd expect a wideout to make a bunch of moves to get a ton of YAC but adding that to the playcalling at least gives the defense more things to account for.
  19. Saints only outgained the Bears by 26 yards in the 1st half
  20. This offense is just not talented enough and playcalling not aggressive enough to sustain long drives. Eventually they will get stuck in a second or third and long and the pass blocking will be exposed. Also Barth is not an NFL caliber kicker
  21. What do you think is more likely the Bears open things up and try to get back into the game or stick with 80% runs and hope to break a couple?
  22. Yeah that was (another) gaffe by Fox. I am not sure they overturn it though because only your teams
  23. Well I really don't expect this offense to put up 11 more points much less hold the saints for the rest of the game.
  24. Man the running game is torching the Bears on this drive.
