Ah, didn't realize that. I, admittedly, did not look at or take schedules into consideration at all. Also consider how awesome our coach is at Big Ten games since Dee Brown and James Augustine left campus over 7 years ago. I think he's only finished below 5th once. That shouldn't be the standard, but a 7th place finish isn't exactly the norm for him. ETA: The NonCon has really been the problem for Weber, far more than the B10 season. He's .500 since 06, I'd say that's a problem at Illinois. Who said it wasn't? I even put "That shouldn't be the standard" for the sole purpose of avoiding this response from you.

Brees didn't play at all in the 4th against the Colts, was out with 12:50 left in the game against the Vikings, and was out of the game with 10:41 left against the Giants. Rodgers was out against the Broncos with 7:46 left, out with 10:59 left against Vikings, and didn't play the entirety of the 4th against the Raiders and was out of the 4th against the Bears. So that's not a very valid argument. And this talk about running the score up in the Colts game...hell the Saints didn't even attempt a pass in the entire 4th qtr. In the Vikings game they only attempted one pass after 12 mins left. Brees also was in the game when his team was trailing and no shot at winning. See the Rams game. He kept his TD streak alive with a meaningless late 4th quarter TD. Well Rodgers played the entire Chiefs game which they had no chance of winning

At least we avoid a trip to Breslin. Literally the only good thing about the schedule.

I say that without looking at schedules, so that may shift. The Big Ten seems to have a hell of a lot of 6-11 seed teams this year, with everyone beyond OSU and MSU having obvious flaws. Indiana is the only one to be really impressive in noncon, and I think they wear down. (Not to mention they have a brutal start, and it will be interesting to see how they bounce back should they start 0-3)

I think Indiana is a tourney team. That's sold enough. Cody Zeller is going to have to play 35 minutes a game. That just doesn't work for freshmen.

Keith Bogans isn't walking through that door. Though to be fair, they held Steve Blake to 12 points. It's not that rare an occurence he just did that on November 5th. Whoops, that was 2010.

Being a Celtics fan, I'd understand that Rondo has always had that potential, especially against a weak backcourt defense(a trait shared by all of the contenders in the east save the Heat) and would probably be ok playing one of the top teams in the East on the road to a virtual dead heat without our best player.

You know what would frustrate me? Having to entertain myself on Christmas Day trolling a Cubs message board. That and worshiping Pujols for 11 years, then realizing he [expletive] hates me and the city of St. Louis. -
If I was a Bulls fan, I'd be more concerned with barely beating a team starting an injured Kobe Bryant, Josh McRoberts and Devin Ebanks than I would about what the Heat did.
