  1. Been busy sampling this "deep dish" pizza you've heard so much about?
  2. Taken control of a spot that no one else can play well though. I haven't been watching, but is he any good? I still wish Lovie had played Beekman las year when Brown went out. There was absolutely no reason for Beekman not to be starting them so we could figure out if he was any good. On another note, does Lovie bring anything to the table as a head coach except the Cover-Two which I don't even like. I just can't name anything that Lovie does particularly well. Hmmmm, How many Bear coaches in your lifetime have taken a team to the Super Bowl, particularly with a rookie QB? Lovie is doing something right. Hi, Grossman wasn't a rookie in 2006-07. Sincerely, Raisin Salutations, I don't think that's your real name. Cordially yours, Ryan
  3. I woulda thought your knees would be the ones that were sore.
  4. Oregon State might still be top 20 in wins all time. EDIT: 13th as of 2006.
  5. And it looks like they've raised the price. The Cubs always pull this crap. They can sell tickets for any price they want cause they know people will pay it. It's ridiculous. The year the Cubs win it all will be my last year as a fan. Yeah, they should pay me to come dammit!!
  6. They can still add one of those guys up until minor league free agency begins(which may or may not be the same day as major league free agency.) They probably won't, but McGehee isn't the reason why. It's because Matt Craig murdered Jim Hendry's dog, Josh Kroeger slept with his daughter and Bobby Scales sucks.
  7. Who's the dumbass(es) who voted OSU not in last?
  8. Oh, most of us probably weren't born when it came out then. we're like the same age just admit that you weren't as cool as me when you were younger, it's not like that would be a surprise, anyway Us southsiders can't hang with the Oklahoma elite. It's not even fair.
  9. Oh, most of us probably weren't born when it came out then.
  10. Yeah I've only heard of these 2, I don't even know what that song is IMB mentioned.
  11. Couldn't make bail.
  12. I own one of their powder blue ones. But tonight is sexy kia night. Plus that's really weak.
  13. Just out of curiosity, how do you figure Northwestern, Minnesota and Iowa are "clearly" better than Ole Miss? They very well may be better, but I'm just curious how you come to the "clearly" idea. The same way he figured Purdue and UM were clearly worse. Most any indicator will tell you that Purdue and UM are worse than Ole Miss. Scarily enough, Sagarin has UM as the worst team in the Big Ten, behind Indiana. Therein lies my problem with Sagarin. I'm a UM hater like all other good people in this world, but they'd slaughter IU.
  14. I hope Bob uses this for comedy's sake. Just incredibly over the top about the Brewers every time we play them. Tongue firmly planted in cheek of course, but still, get obnoxious.

  16. You do know that Chalmers played against the Knicks, right? Just let me have my one day of excitement, ok? Yeah, KU basketball fans have been suffering lately.
  17. And PATs don't matter.
  18. actually i would like to do this, let's see your comparison of team top to bottom of each conference - like rank each team in one conference from best to worst, and compare it with the team in the same spot from the other conference. Someone does that already. It's called the Sagarin conference ratings. He does two, one where the rating is weighted more to the middle teams of the conference and one where each spot in the conference is equally weighted. In the first, it goes Big XII, Big Ten, ACC, SEC, Pac 10, Big East. In the second, it goes Big XII, Big Ten, SEC, ACC, Pac 10, Big East. Confirming what I've been saying most of the year, the SEC isn't that good this year. Isn't Meph supposed to swear by Sagarin?
  19. Because you're a hell of a lot more likely to find a good hitting RF than a good hitting CF?
  20. you're missing the point... it's 25 years. try to pretend the bulls didn't win 25 championships in the 90s, that's what it's like. a lot of the people down there haven't been alive long enough to see a philly team win. You're missing the point that FOX has 3 storylines to go with. You've got the cursed franchise finally breaking it, you've got the out of nowhere kids, and you've got the dynasty. Every team in the world series must fit into one of these 3 lazy storytellings.
  21. I think he's grabbing it out of her hand to smash it in her face.
  22. H. Don't even have the effort for prolonged laughter. Just the h.
  23. I wanna say Jacobs is a pretty bad defender as well
  24. It's ok for the SEC cause they have stud teams like Vanderbilt and Auburn. And it's totally acceptable to lose to a garbage team like Ole Miss. You can't expect to run through a gauntlet like that!
  25. He's a Denver RB that Shanahan likes. That's pretty much a lock for double digit points. Torain, Avery, and Bryant Johnson were my preseason guys. I've since dropped them all, but wound up getting Avery and Torain back. Bryant Johnson blows.
