I’m fairly confident once he went down 1-0 or 2-0 that was the unintentional, intentional walk Tbh I was sort of watching while doing something else but I could have sworn he was crossing up the catcher and not throwing it where he was setting up. Could be wrong though. Him and Vic seemed to be crossed up a little bit but it seemed pretty clearly the plan wasn’t to throw a strike with whatever pitch was thrown. -

Man what an awesome outing by Yu, get him some runs you bums. Regardless though, very encouraging to see after seeing a bunch of positive indicators lately from Yu. Time for him to get on a roll with results like this being the norm.

Shoulder injuries are always scary, but Hendricks and everyone else who’s talked about it seem to think it’s nothing serious based on seeing some video and quotes on twitter.

Holy cow...I think he's ready. Yeah, I'd think about giving him a spot start next week. The main rotation could probably use the extra off day. Although maybe they wait until Kimbrel's ready to make the roster moves easier? I like the idea of giving him a spot start soon to give everyone a breather. Depending how he looks maybe go with a 6-man 2-3 times through after that. Then move him to the pen in late July/August or so (I’d assume he has a lowish innings limit this year, only 39 innings last year and ~120 the previous 2). -
