Nice 1.5 P/PA for the Tigers. But 2 hits and 2 shots for outs. Because of course.

800 times or 900, having a lead this late and then not having a lead is blowing it. Plus the Cubs are where there are also largely due to one of their guys playing out of his mind for most of the season....he just unfortunately fell out of that mode for the last month+. They’ve been on pace for 93-96 wins for almost the entire season. That’s where they’re going to finish. That’s not blowing it.

For the 800th time, 94 or 95 wins is not blowing the division. Especially when it’s due in large part to one player on a different team going Barry Bonds mode. We survived Carpenter going Bonds mode, and we may survive Yelich as well. Not to mention the injuries. Nobody is blowing anything.

If we play Monday I hope it’s noon. That way if we lose our opponent will also have played the night before. Also, get that game over as soon as possible. I don’t want to be freaking out all day.

Even if the Brewers sweep this series, you are ridiculous. This is baseball. Anything can happen. Like how the Cubs peat the piss out of the ball today and lost to a team that got 3 singles.

So glad the Cubs are going to hold up their end of the bargain on all those charts we were looking at, but the Brewers are going to finish 30-0.
