Sadly, Bud Selig does not have that power. If he did, the blackout rules would be a lot better. As bad as Selig is, the government is much worse when it comes to using common sense. Who is responsible for the blackout rules then? The blackout rules are the same as the ones outlined by the FCC. MLB.tv has to follow them.
