Yeah it's not like a drastic overpay or anything, but it is a guy who has legit mid rotation, maybe even higher upside. Personally I don't like catching prospects, but Tait is nice. The guy has been more or less a league average bat at age 18 in A+ while playing catcher and having respectable BB% and K%. For me at least, Tait all comes to if he can stay behind the plate because I'm not sure the bat is exciting enough to carry him at 1B or COF.
