Poor bastard. Where you living? I'm starting law school at SLU, so I am living in a converted mansion across the street from campus on Lindell. It's right next door to that giant Moolah Temple. The neighborhood isn't the greatest, but I'm not far from the CWE. I don't have the internet up and running at my apartment yet, so I have to walk to campus to check my email etc. I thought I could get by not having the web at my place, but I've already talked myself into springing for it. so you're within walking distance of Pappy's. I've been out of the loop the last few days due to my move to St. Louis. Hopefully we win today, from what I saw in pieces of yesterdays game we looked like absolute crap. I think MLB TV is looking like a hell of an investment for the rest of the season.

hahahahahahaha. Good luck. Packers continue to express interest in Vick. Vick >>>>> Brohm/Flynn, so sign me up. I agree. If they bring in Vick I think Brohm is the one to go. Really haven't heard anything positive about his play.

Yeah and then supposed superstar closer had to blow it. Very frustrating when a team wins a game like that in a pennant race. We need to get the win tonight and then kick ass in Colorado though. Our lineup should do some serious damage out there.

Yeah right. They just put up 7 in 9 innings against Johan Santana and K Rod. We are going to have to win to keep pace. That really pissed me off last night. They have to be due for a cold stretch.

Maybe hes just not a selfish **** and understands hes more valuable out of the pen. You're right about him being better out of the pen this year. I think at some point Sean will feel that the rotation is like a girl leading him on, and get pissed or frustrated.

How is Sean Marshall not raising hell with the organization right about now? I really think he deserves the right to start over Gorzelanny, it's just too bad that he isn't stretched out right now. I was skeptical about Wells and Hart, and both proved me wrong. Hopefully Gorz will do the same.

Athletes have got to be some of the dumbest people in the world. They really need to have a checklist. 1. If I am drinking I will hire a limo service. I have the money and the risks of driving greatly outweigh the benefits. 2. I will not carry a gun. If I feel the need to be protected I will have a member of my entourage carry a gun or hire a security guard. 3. I will not make it rain, and then attempt to take the money back. 4. I will not carry obscene amounts of cash that lead to becoming a target of attack. 5. I will not try to rape my concierge, or put myself in questionable positions with women I don't trust. 6. I won't start illegal dog fighting operations in my backyard. 7. I won't hold my own stash if I like to enjoy illegal drugs. Seriously, is it that hard to take some precautions? I can't see how athletes who have the money to protect themselves from things like DUI, rape or sexual assault charges, and gun violations fail to do so on such a regular basis.

Im willing to bet that the Brewers were 1 of the teams. Id very much not like the the Brewers to get King Felix. What would the Brewers offer? Escobar and Gamel are both untouchable, and I can't see the Mariners trading Felix without at least those two included in the deal.
