I would have to guess when the Cubs clinch a WS berth they would have to be near 60% over the Indians to win the series over at 538.

When the Cubs win tonight, I would assume Roberts will go to Kershaw in game 5? Wanting to go to Chicago up 3-2 not down 3-2? Also having him available in relief in a possible game 7?

They were dead wrong about Trump during primary season, fwiw... They still have the Cubs at 40% to make the WS. If the Cubs win tonight I would have to think the Cubs go to 55%

Cubs win tomorrow. Dodgers will then start Kershaw on 3 days rest because they don't want to go back to Wrigley down 3-2. Cubs will get to him and then close it out Saturday. What's the problem?

Really? I've heard nothing but horror stories about Stubhub cancelling orders and only offering a small amount in compensation (aka not enough to purchase tickets to that game). Of course on the internet you are probably more likely to hear the bad stories than the good ones. mdwilla, I would probably keep calling back and seeing if you can get a stubhub rep that is particularly sympathetic and generous. Short of that, I'd cause a stink on social media and see if it gets you anywhere. Well, I'm just going by personal experience. It was awhile back in 2010. I bought Bears tickets, the dude kept the hard tickets and went into the game(or sold those too). The hard tickets were good because they got scanned before mine. I called Stub Hub and had new tickets within 15 minutes.

I can't believe they didn't get you another SRO ticket or an upgraded seat ticket. I know it's the NLCS but they usually are really good about it. Maybe they will make it right and give you a game 6 ticket if it goes that far.

I agree. I took next week off of work, I do not want to spend my week off wondering what might have been. I just don't see how the Dodgers win more than 1 game the rest of this series.

Maybe the Indians will do what the 2007 Rockies did. Go 7-0 and then have a week off and get swept in the World Series.

For what its worth. Cubs are -200 to win this series, exactly where they were going in to game 1. I'm pretty confident the Cubs come home up 3-2.

Any series ending with the Cubs going to the world series is not disappointing. No he's right. If we don't win the rest of our games and finish the playoffs 11-1 it doesn't count according to White Sox fans Ha. I was just reading that at WSI

I would rather spend my afternoon pregaming at the worst and douchiest Wrigleyville bar than go watch the Bears. Me too, already committed to the Bears game though.
