The St Louis Cuisine wikipedia page is hilarious LOL, its a two year old article but very funny http://kitchenette.jezebel.com/the-st-louis-cuisine-wikipedia-page-is-goddamned-hil-1690071082
and off day tomorrow (although i suppose its possible to play this game tomorrow in the event of a rainout) Bosio was on the Score and they joked that if they would have to play tomorrow instead they would have stayed in St Louis almost a full week. I'm not sure if both the Cubs and Cardinals have mutual off days either prior to or just after either of the other two series down there this year
Who cares enough to track this stuff? Weren't the Cubs in first place wire to wire last year? No, they weren't, and it was what they hung their hat on all of last year. And in 2005, they went 11-1 while the Cubs in 2016 went a measly 11-6 in their title run
I think the next airing is Thursday or you can stream from CSN website now. Most of the interviews I already saw on Reign Men. They were aired during Christmas when they were replaying all the playoff games. Still a really nice documentary
Perfect! So a pole for 1907,1908,2016. I assume the 4th will be the 2016 NL Pennant? They went ahead and put up 2017, too, since it would be easier to get them both up at the same time. Rickets probably found out it was buy one get one free
The last two times I have bought stuff from the MLB shop my credit card information was stolen and I had unauthorized charges to places like Groupon and grub hub appear hours after my purchase. November 4th and now yesterday. WTF.
If you want to go way back, 1984 was the year that really started to make attendance and Wrigleyville the place to be. Wrigleyville was a dump, and until the mid 80's you could have purchased any of the buildings on Waveland for example for cheap.
I wouldn't want to face that Wild team in the playoffs, though. That team is a PITA As it sits now Blues vs Wild 1st round. Blues are starting to play better and would not surprise me if they were to knock them off.
