    1: Ask me again once September/Oct hits. Z is a career 17-10 (12-16 in August) in Setpember. With an ERA of 3.48 (4.07 in August), and a whip of 1.30 (1.34 in August). I suspect Z will turn it on with September hits. But right now, yeah, I would put Z at 3. But in a month, who knows........ 2: Lee's a future DH in waiting. I love his offensive game, but Soriano's more versatile, not to mention he will age better.

    IDK of one player that wants AJ Alphabet on his team. Publicly they may say that, but you just know that privately, there is not to many players that are willing to take AJP as a teammate. AJ is a perfect fit for the White Sox, cause once he leaves Chicago, he's going to be find it hard to find a job.

    On Cubs.com they have some video of it. He was getting a great reception. It was right up there with Pie and Ward's homers this year in terms of making me happy for the guy as much as for the team. I hope he can keep that up. Even if he can get back to decent, it'll really give the Cubs a shot in the arm. That's the scary thing about the Cubs, is that the whole offense isn't clicking together. It's either Soriano carrying the team for about a week, then DeRo, or Edmonds, or ARam...etc, etc. If this offense clicks together, it's over.

    Marquis won't be the only started moved. I believe Lilly will also be dealt (Yankees, perhaps?). This way Shark replaces Marquis, and Hill or Marshall battles it out to replace Lilly.

    Hosed. Agreed. It still amazes me how catchers and home plate umps still deferred to umpires that are ver 90 ft away (1st and 3rd) to say if a batter went or not. If the home plate ump can't tell if a batter went, then I guarantee you, the first base ump (in this case) can't tell. The first base ump took a guess, cause DeRo did not swing.

    Only to those who are easily intimadating, they are...the only duo I found intimadating was Johnson and Schilling....Webb and Haren are definately formiable, imitimadating.........is abit strong.

    Well if you don't like that, wait till the Cubs go to Pittsburgh, and all of a sudden they know how to play baseball. Thats not getting old at all, lol. No kidding. That's my perception.

    Its funny you say that, yet are clamoring for DLee to go to DL and Hoff to take over. Hoffpauir is good defensively. It's not an insane suggestion because of defense. While good I highly doubt hes near as good as DLee is at picking throws. To be fair, there are not alot of first baseman who are as good at picking the ball as Lee is. So I doubt we would see an increase in errors from ARam or Theriot, just because we go from Lee to Hoffpauir.

    Let me get this straight: The Nationals goes to Milwaukee and get outscored 23-5, but suddenly realize the have an offense agains the Cubs. This is horsecrap. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/stats/aggregate?statType=batting&group=8 I expect Dempster and Harden to dominate the Nats the next two games. But this is a horrible game.

    Personally, if China doesn't cooperate, I could see both the IOC and the IGF invalidate's China's Gold in Women Gymnastic. In terms the gold the China would have won in the gymnastic all it would amount to is being a (expensive) paperweight. And isn't that what athletes dream about? Not necessarily winning the gold medal, but that medal validating (and acknowledge by the IGF and IOC) the fact that you are the best in your sport. What's the point of winning the gold medal, if people don't recognize you as a "Gold medalist?"

    Bigomy? Why does bigomy get such a bad rap? Do you want more then one woman in your ear, asking you to do this, to do that, blah, blah, blah? One woman should annoyed you enough, no need to have more then one.

    He isn't the only problem. The offensive coaches are well.......offensive. I still maintain there is some offensive potential (Bradley/Olsen/Forte) but the coaches don't put those talents in position to succeed.
