  1. both former Panthers!
  2. looked like he barely got his shin on replay... definitely a yellow, but no way that should be a red. But Fernandes would have been down for like 15 minutes if that happened to him
  3. Purdue fired their OC
  4. great punt, but man, can't have those penalties from Kmet
  5. I dropped Swift in both of my fantasy leagues last week. You're welcome, Bears
  6. both of their lines were really dominant last night, I was impressed with Illinois in general, but PSU just had too much talent
  7. I love that they got him a standing ovation (and that he deserved it for his performance today) but I wish he could have kept going. Let him go for a CG.
  8. The Cubs 40 man roster is currently at 46 with the guys on the 60-day IL. Of those 46, here are the ones I find to be somewhere between definitely gone and easily replaceable: Hendricks Wingenter Mastrobuoni Luis Vazquez Wisdom Smyly Bethancourt Colton Brewer Alzolay Almonte Brennen Davis Madrigal Killian Herget Hollowell Mervis That takes us to 30 names. Other names on there that are certainly not set in stone to be on the roster (trade bait?) Wesneski Tauchman Bellinger Keegan Thompson Merryweather Palencia Arias Alcantara (I'd love to keep him, but given our OF situation and his potential as a trade chip...) Canario That's down to 21 names that I would consider near locks to be on the Cubs' 40-man next year. Yes, plenty of those guys will stick around, but there is obviously plenty of room to cut bait with a guy or two and get Owen Caissie some ABs in the majors
  9. that Athletic article was eye opening. Such a bad organization. Also, it's absolutely hilarious that they can't pick higher than 10th (or whatever it is)
  10. pretty sure Sean's dad used to post here back in the day
  11. game over... gee, would be nice to have some timeouts still
  12. offense with a chance to drive to win the game for the 2nd straight week... let's hope this one goes better
  13. I'd rather take a delay of game and run a play from the 7 than waste a timeout
  14. That was a great drive... can we get another stop and put together another one?
  15. Sermon was 100% stopped just as long as Richardson was
  16. So Richardson's progress was stopped on the INT earlier, but that progress wasn't stopped?
  17. It's too bad we haven't got any offense going, because the D continues to play really well
  18. he threw into double coverage
  19. Why are we throwing into double coverage on first down?
  20. I certainly didn't see a tip there on that shot they showed
  21. max protect, nobody open, sack... sigh I really thought they missed the roughing the kicker call...
  22. If you combined Richardson and Williams, you'd have either the best (Richardson's deep accuracy, Williams' short) or worst (Williams deep, Richardson short) QB prospect
