  1. when do the reinforcements arrive?
  2. true, just not HR, RBI, Runs, Hits, Average, Wins, K's, Saves, etc.
  3. i see that he has the big ten getting 8 teams in. i just don't think the conference is good enough to justify that many teams making the tourney. he has psu and michigan being two of the last four teams in and then has the first three teams out from the big east. there are a lot of marginal big ten teams - wisconsin, penn st, michigan, minnesota, ohio st - and i don't see the conference getting 5 seeds in the 9 to 13 area. i think the big east will end up with 8 teams in and the big ten will only get 7. i also don't know that the sec is good enough to merit 5 teams being selected. I think you'll see an extra Big Ten team squeak in simply because there are little to no Small/Mid-Major at-large possibilities this year.
  4. I guess it depends on how easy those incentives are to hit. I have a feeling it might be based on something like games played for alot of it. Plus you're missing one big important part about the Dodgers signing Hudson, and thats the Dodgers giving up a first round pick. incentives are always based on games played/at-bats/innings pitched. you can't make incentives based on stats
  5. Penn State back in in the latest Bracketology (as an 11 against WVU, with a potential 2nd game against Missouri). Annoying that they don't play this weekend
  6. I'll just make myself feel better and assume he meant the opening SPRING game lineup
  7. Next on ESPNChicago.....how does A-Rod's steroid revelation effect the Blackhawks?
  8. most lopsided poll since my loss to NewUserName in the first round of the NSBB poster tournament
  9. thanks, Northwestern!
  10. You aren't kidding...I just looked at it and the rate stats for their three starting OFers last year was: .251/.366/.309 .289/.340/.418 .239/.294/.359 That's like something out of the deadball era. it's pretty brutal.
  11. with games against IU and Iowa, the chance of PSU winning 10 conference games just went way up
  12. you know thats not true. Lol. Look at our schedule again. Which one would you give us even money on winning? the home game against minnesota. That's pry the best shot. They detroyed us last time. They play in your face defense that will rattle us again as our guards are awful. I really think we lose out. I'd be shocked. I don't think any team besides IU and Wisconsin has lost 6 straight this year
  13. Thanks for having your worst game of the year tonight. Try to be worse when we're at your place. we can all agree that this was the worst game ever. let us never speak of this again. it's no fun when I can't smack talk about a win at Assembly Hall because both teams were such ass
  14. Illinois could've fouled the possession earlier. But yeah, thanks for having your worst game of the year tonight, that helped a ton
  15. First to 30 wins
  16. there's a lid on the basket on Illinois' end
  17. they said during pregame that he had flu-like symptoms
  18. a bad high school game
  19. if PSU could shoot 40% they'd be up by 15 right now
  20. at least Penn State is hustling. Illinois is literally walking around the floor. are they all sick or something?
  21. 5 minutes in and it's 2-2
  22. brick/turnover fest early
  23. STUPID REFS!!! oh, sorry
