    Steve Phillips is talking about his philosophy on the amateur draft right now. Moneyball made him look like a total idiot come draft time, so I'm getting a kick out of this.

    Pansies. I'm not a fan of either team, but that game is usually a heck of a lot more entertaining than most opening weekend garbage. Why not play 1 quality non-con opponent? I understand losing a home game hurts, but come on, give the fans a show. I like the whole 1/2 and 1/2 crowd thing in the border city, too. Until some sort of rule is made, no one is going to play anybody OOC. Outside of traditional rivalries, only Ohio State (give them some credit even though they have 8 home games every year) and USC seem interested in playing ANYONE outside their conference. Penn State has a home/home with Alabama coming up

    tons of post shots, not rebounds coming to them, refs barely calling any penalties.....it's been rough the not calling penalties goes both ways though....I know enzo aint mentioning them but Pitt is getting away with some also true, and the Pens seem to be testing the limits of the interference this period. So far, the refs aren't calling anything
