    Something in the air in Baltimore? Chris Tillman was never an ace, but he put up decent numbers for a few years and now it seems like he's dead. Since the beginning of last season, he's 1-10 with an 8.28 ERA. In 106.1 IP, he's allowed 147 hits, walked 61, struck out just 66, and has allowed 26 HR. Or are the O's just spending money on guys who lost their velocity and can't locate pitches at all?
