  1. He spent considerable time at the 2 the previous two seasons, but was playing the 3 this season. He's been better at the 3. Ronnie hasn't been very good covering small forwards in his career. It'd be best to leave him guarding 2s. I agree, but I wouldn't feel good having Corey on him either
  2. Lebron has 60 lbs on Corey, no thanks. I'd rather give up the 2 inches and throw Ronnie on him.
  3. That was one of the worst inbounds plays I've ever seen. Why are they drawing plays for Bill Walker anyways?
  4. Isn't it 3 wins? Either way it feels awesome to be tied in the loss column with them. They still have a few tough games coming up too
  5. He played great today in the 3rd, OT and the shootout. I missed the 2nd period so I don't know how many of those goals were his fault. Apparently they're all yours for not watching.
  6. Any games sold out yet?
  7. There was one particular play with about 2 mins left and the bulls with a slight lead I believe. Rose was dribbling on the right side of the arc just in front of the 3 point line with MVP chants raining down on him and Wade guarding him. He crossed Wade over then pulled up and hit the jumper. Rose looked about as pumped up as I was after he hit it. Did a little jawing too. It was nice to see
  8. Can't wait to play the celtics in the 2nd round
  9. I wouldn't mind lee/bmills for bogans/asik and I really like asik as a player. We need to do something though. Not that this is possible but can Gerald Wallace play the 2? We would be the best rebounding team ever, but he probably doesn't fit our needs too well. I wish we would have jumped on Stephen Jackson when his value was at its lowest earlier this season.
  10. Are Yankees and white sox all sold out through the presale?
  11. I have them finishing up 22-6, which would give them 60 wins, which would be absolutely incredible considering the injuries. That projection is probably a little too optimistic though, and I think 20-8 would be more realistic considering we have to play atlanta 3 times (2 on the road), Orlando twice (both on the road), Miami twice (1 on the road), Boston once, and the Knicks once (road). Outside of those 6 road games though, the rest of the road schedule looks easy and I have a ton of confidence in our ability at home.
  12. We're only 2 games out, so I'd say very good Playing Miami twice in the next 2 weeks is going to be huge. If we go 0-2 in those games you can probably say goodbye to the top seed.
  13. You can't buy more than 4 (or do more than 1 transaction). You can keep searching for tickets after you buy, but when you type in the verification code it kicks you back to the screen to select tickets and says you're limited to 1 transaction through the exclusive sale.
  14. What's our chances of getting a 1 or 2 seed?
  15. I posted it a few days back, along with the Bulls' interest in Anthony Parker. Meh to both.
  16. We're 24-6 vs teams below .500 and 23-4 at home (we'd have home court advantage). So no, I'm not the least bit concerned about our first round matchup. I'd prefer not to play the Knicks, especially if they have Melo by then. But even if we do, I would not be worried at all as long as our team is healthy.
  17. reminds me of space jam when all the players got their talent sucked out of them by the little alien dudes
  18. Anyone have any thoughts on the Bulls interest in Anthony Parker and Courtney Lee? I honestly have never paid much attention to either of them. Parker is old, has a bad back, but would probably cost next to nothing. He also shoots the 3 ball pretty well (.412 in his career). Lee is in his 3rd or 4th year in the league and has some talent, but the Rockets have said they want to include him in a larger deal. I guess they'd be upgrades over Bogans, but I'd rather acquire a legit 2 guard. Joe Johnson would have been so perfect for this team.
  19. But he is the most exciting pitcher (and maybe player) we have, and I think that's going to factor into this unfortunately. I would bet we could net a couple top prospects at the deadline or next years deadline for him, which is the way I'd want to go. The draft is so much of a crapshoot that I'd rather just trade him for prospects that we'd have a little better idea of what they really are. When is he under team control until? After the 2012 season?
  20. Look around the NBA. Good teams lose to bad teams or barely squeeze by bad teams all the time. We've won something like 13 of our last 15 games, so who cares. We'll be ready come playoff time. I can't wait to see the team at full force though (and with a real SG).
  21. Tearing priors name off my 22 jersey. Hooray!
  22. Rotoworld is saying its not happening
  23. Lost me a lot of damn money tonight.
