    So the head coach has 8 years NFL coaching experience, the OC has none, the OL has 5, all with Bears, several years removed. Each guy has some legit qualities to be excited about, but I'm concerned about the ability to run an NFL team here. McVay was younger but had more NFL coordinating experience. His OC and OL coaches were also experienced NFL coaches. And he had a former head coach in Phillips running the defense. The Eagles and Pederson had even more NFL experience, including their own former head coach as defensive coordinator. I'd really like to see some more NFL experienced coaches brought in here.

    The first lovie staff sucked. All college "teachers", no quality NFL guys. Once he made some changes though he got some good guys in there.

    I don't know who this grote guy is, so I'm listening to clips and the first one has him as a guest on a show where the host seems to be doing a Rush Limbaugh impression.

    thank you. nobody ever agrees with me when i bring this up on here and it's so insanely glaring to me that i was starting to think i was taking crazy pills. It's been mentioned but his promos are the worst. The way he says "Cubs" is like he's trying to talk while simultaneously making the sound Homer Simpson makes when eating chips in space. "The Chicago CUPS." But I never mention this because I think I'm the only person who thinks Len's voice is annoying (even though I think he's a great broadcaster otherwise). i have no idea what that first part means. Len has a nerdy voice, but he's great.

    I think the question is if working for Nagy and the Bears is desirable to him.

    I don't quite get the obsession with healthy scratches. People made a big deal out of sharp sitting. An older player not playing well takes one of 82 games off. Okay.

    I believe he spent most of his youth in NJ, eastern PA so I'm guessing he's a NY slice kind of guy.

    Now that we know it's Nagy, then I too hope he returns. The one thing I'd question about Nagy is his connections to quality defensive coaching candidates.

    relatively young offensive mind. i'm good with it. of the reported names he was prob my 2nd choice. He definitely fits the mold of the type of guy I wanted.
