I don’t necessarily think they’ll be terrible. I’m specifically talking about their inability to maintain drives. They’ll score a couple touchdowns, but they’ll probably have a nice drive wiped out by penalties and negative plays, leave points off the board and give the ball back in unfortunate circumstances. The week 1 game was lost by the three and out in the 4th after the Vikings scored. Any semblance of a drive there and they maintain a two score lead much longer, rather than giving up two tds in two minutes. They had a three and out earlier in the game as well.
They went three and out their second drive in Detroit, gave up a TD next drive. Turned over on downs in 4 plays in the 2nd quarter and went three and out the first drive of 3Q.
You can’t do those things against teams with competent QBs facing this impotent Bears defense. Barr minimum you need to get a first down and make the opponent start deep in their end
