    Certainly can’t rule it out with him, but at some point you run out of space for bottom of the roster filler. Could be more useful to trade out for 2024 picks. Another 4th rounder next season is more capital to potentially move up for impact guys in that draft. they could theoretically turn those three 4s into an additional 2nd and really load up at the top.

    Two 4s and Two 5s. im guessing one interior OL, one DE/EDGE, one DB and one LB. Then wild cards for the 7th rounders.

    The nhl draft lottery is a little over a week away. The Blackhawks don’t have great odds to land Bedard. they might not wind up with any of the top picks. One guy they might have to settle on is Will Smith from the us National development team, and team USA’s 18U team, that just won their semifinal matchup to head to world championship finals Sunday in Switzerland. The non slappy Will Smith had a hat trick. Could he be the guy they have to settle for? Perhaps.

    If you aren’t going to invest in the top line individual player and instead go with a quantity of lesser impact players, you will, by necessity, be cutting holdover guys from last years awful line.
