Fecal league standings aren't a topic of conversation until after the draft, unless the Cubs totally bomb out. Ross is on the hot seat as long as they stay under .500. Jed probably isn't on the hot seat until they come up short next season. This year was about convincing fans they cared by the time tickets went on sale. They needed to look theoretically good. Nobody thought they'd be actual good.

Thursday night games all suck and you don't need to watch them. It's one playoff game that your team probably wouldn't be in so I cannot imagine the need to get peacock.

I have peacock to watch poker face, but have never paid for it. I imagine you can get it for free. If your team is playing in that game you’ll download the app. If not, you’re probably skipping. The NFL doesn’t have a problem growing audience, so they are taking advantage by monetizing everything.

A lot of people have watched fields. Fans have plenty of reasons to have high hopes and detractors have plenty of reasons to scoff. Most people are indifferent to the bears’ fortunes and have no reason to believe in or be scared of them. There is a reason the over under for wins is way under .500 and the bears would be considered dogs against the teams that aren’t expected to be good. -

People questioning why the bears would be dogs vs mediocre teams must not have watched the bears. Those teams are better than the bears until Chicago proves otherwise. The defense is still terrible and nobody has faith in this coaching staff. Most don’t have faith in fields. Sean Payton and Russell Wilson are going to be favored over Eberflus and Fields until/unless the bears win games. -

yeah, I've been out of market for decades and hate every primetime game. they are the worst broadcasts, worst games and worst times for football. Sunday afternoon is the only good time.
