  1. Who said Soto was hitting well? At least we know he has the chance to hit well, with Hill we know hes not going to do a damn thing. Aramis has a chance to hit well and I'm tired of seeing him too. At this point, I see no problem with sitting anyone (for a game or longer) if he hasn't been producing over an extended period. Like I said, I prefer Geo to Koyie longterm but Geo has done very little recently. And Hill has done nothing for a long time. Give me the guy whos done very little recently over the guy whos never done anything. I'm not clamoring for Hill. The guy irritates me but when Geo gets pull happy and starts grounding out repeatedly to SS, and or striking out a ton, I can't stand it.

  3. Thank you Fred. I prefer Geo over Hill but the idea that he's been playing well is false. His average has dropped dramatically from the .350's and he's had almost no plate discipline lately.
  4. This game is filled with drama (at least Pat is making it dramatic).
  5. Listening to this game at work is giving me a heart attack. 3 walks in the inning???
  6. Not as funny as that reliever who's something like 7-2, though I think that's Clippert from the Nats. He's at least 7-3 unless my memory is fried.
  7. Oh god, the walk come home on a bloop and now they can win it. C'mon Carlos
  8. Cubs fans all over that park cheering on that strikeout of Young.
  9. In other news, the Reds are trying to blow another big lead.
  10. 4 strikeouts tonight for Aramis. That's ridiculous
  11. I'll take it! Now a 2 run lead. :)
  12. DLee this is embarrassing. Make them pay. Last year they don't setup a DP in front of Lee
  13. The game will start on CSN and be moved to plus at 8pm to make room for Blackhawks pregame.
  14. I'm not so sure it's for the bullpen (it may be but there has been talk of possibly trading a starter, such as Gorzelanny, for bullpen help. That would open a spot for Cashner in the rotation. Or another starter like Wells could be moved to the pen. I've heard both rumors). Suntimes
