    There was already one out. Walker! It's fundamental baseball. If you're going to make an out, improve the state of the game. Moving Pierre to third does very little. As T_T said, he's most likely going to score from second on a basehit. And Lee shouldn't be worried about hitting the ball to the right side. His job is to drive him in.

    Murton! I don't think the Ramirez trot was that big of a deal. There's no way he makes it to second and he isn't going to get thrown out at second. It would be a problem if it wasn't hit to dead center, of course, but it was crushed that way.

    He tried to trick the baserunner into thinking it's not close to get him to run through the plate instead of slide. It didn't matter if the ball went by him. Nice throw, Barrett.

    Well Bynum couldn't have played that one any worse.

    i'm pretty sure all of us would. I really don't understand why Baker didn't do this. I don't know. He wouldn't be guaranteed 2 ABs in that spot and it might be worth waiting until they get the right situation to use him. He's the only power they've got on the bench.
