  1. I feel bad for the people who bought tickets to this game. I mean, most Bears games vs the Packers are doomed nightmare, but this…this has gotta be the one you feel the worst going to
  2. A competent administration would fire Eberflus today. At this point the health and development of the QB who is your franchise is at stake and he's repeatedly endangered it. I don't think they will, of course. (Though, who knows, maybe if they get embarrassed in the division might be enough to warrant a midseason fire, of course they didn't do it with Marc "Dr. Death" Trestman). It's baffling to know what went wrong with the offense, exactly. They went into the bye going off 2 extraordinarily good offensive performances, against bums of course, but they were executing and gelling together. They came out of the bye, against a mediocre-to-bad defense and...looked like they never saw a football before. And against two more bad defenses, they proceeded to get worse. How does that happen?
  3. If I was an oddsmaker I’d set the Packers at like -16.5 or something
  4. I had forgotten why I checked out of the Bears for like half a decade. The John Fox years were the dénouement. You can only go through so much sad sack losing before you emotionally disconnect. I remember now.
  5. Obviously the Bears want every excuse possible to retain Eberflus through the end of the season but it’s very possibly they fire him if they lose like 10 in a horsefeathers row
  6. I mean, they've given me the favor of telling me to not pay attention to them the rest of the season. But I wish it weren't so.
  7. We're fast approaching 2005 Kyle Orton territory
  8. The Packers and Lions may put 50 on us
  9. I’m willing to admit when I was wrong: we need to fire Eberflus after this game. The teams quit.
  10. Wow. Williams saw that free rusher and just curled into a ball. He either didn't have an option or (more likely) just completely folded. Thats bad.
  11. Swift has to be ok with getting 1 yard every once in a while and not trying to get a home run every time
  12. Given how bad the vibes are on this team, I feel like forcing a re-kick is asking for disaster
  13. He’s certainly terrible today. And he was mostly bad the last two weeks. i don’t think if that means “he sucks” he’s certainly playing bad and is in a slump.
  14. Uh he’s just missing dudes that are easy throws now is the wind that bad? What is happening?
  15. It's cool that we can't do the things that even really bad teams do easily
  16. Those sacks weren’t on Caleb. The ones in the first half though, yes
  17. Ok there the Oline is breaking down. We need quick hot reads for him to go to on those downs
  18. Question: those long crossing routes that always net 25 yards and every other quarterback and offense in the league can run…why can’t we
  19. It’s supremely annoying that the offense sucks but not because of the run game or the offensive line
  20. Lmao are we seriously going to give them another scoring drive
  21. I’m still trying to figure out what the draw play is when you have no time outs
  22. What. What was the justification for that draw play
