    Getting 2 DP on 3 base runners is an impressive feat I must say

    It's amazing that it happens like that when you have Ross and Lester hitting back to back. Hard to get anything going. Puts too much pressure on the top 7. As anti- David Ross as I am, you can't blame the lack of runs in Lester starts on him that much. It's just been luck mostly.

    what kind of idiot spends the (not small sum) money on a personalized jersey for a guy who doesn't even play baseball the team has won 2 world series in the past 10 years and he buys something to mock a different team? Thats just so weird

    In a way I'm glad this game is coming so quickly, but wow it hasn't really set in that we're about to play a playoff series for the first time against our biggest rivals, and the most evil team in baseball

    The thing I like most about the Blue Jays is the completely bombastic, ridiculous Buck Martinez. He's like Hawk, but lovable somehow (probably because I'm not subjected to him all the time, I'm sure I'd hate him if I was exposed to more than just highlights) Probably the worst thing about the playoffs is that we don't get home announcers and all the emotional associations tied to that.

    I've been a little bit of a ninny with regard to Arrieta pitch counts at the end of this season and I had absolutely no problem at all having him go all 9, I figured he would as soon as he got out of the 6th inning jam. It's the biggest moment of the season, the man has never missed a beat or look labored. He's gonna pitch until he can't get people out.
