He caught enough buzz in NC that I've read/heard a decent bit on him. I have loved everything I've consumed. Seems like an awesome guy - happy yall (read: Bears) got him.

this was my (and, i assume, most of america's) first thought, too.

this may or may not make sense but i look at tackle football before high school as the equivalent of having a little league kid throw a ton of pitches/curveballs and then being surprised when they have to get TJ surgery in college. preserve their bodies in sports until they are at least somewhat matured in high school. i don't think it's really that hard of a concept to grasp but i'm just some idiot posting on a message board (though, never watched Star Wars - TAKE THAT, Ryan!)

seriously holy horsefeathers lol i didn't watch the game last night but am a glutton for punishment and saw this three page thread and said, "what the hell?" i was going to say: "bad game thread? or worst thread of posts in the history of the Internet?" seriously, what in the actual horsefeathers they'll win today and these bipolar folks can find happiness, hopefully -

yes. but JD is just as good imo with Len. But, if nothing else the chemistry together (which, kudos to Len bc it was essentially the same chemistry w/ bob) makes for an extremely well called ballgame. FTR JD is wayyyy better than bob (and i liked bob). early apologies to anyone trying to make sense of this post. I love JD, too. We have the best broadcasting team in baseball, probably in all of sports. They should stick together for another 50 years if possible. But Len has a chance to be the next Brickhouse/Scully. Maybe JD could be the first legendary color guy? Seems like a long shot though. JD has like 5 percent meatball in him (but i have to imagine every former MLB player does to that degree, at least, most more). But, to support your point, yes, I'd argue best booth in sports hands down.Let's keep this rhetoric going.

Judging by the 1.5 second video shot I had I think KB was hit on the forearm and not the hand. That appeared to be where the red mark was when he was at first. Could be totally wrong but that's what I thought I saw.
