it was actually 22.5% and it was the first time in 13 years that the team with the worst record won the lottery. And it just so happened to coincide with a generational talent hooking up with his home-state team that was coincidentally dying and on its last legs. Rose ending up in Chicago is more believable to me because it's not like he was even the 100% consensus No. 1 like LeBron.
