    I mean the ball was hit right at him, it's not like he was leaning over the railing, I think that's pretty [expletive] But he didn't just try to catch the ball, he tried to take it out of the glove of a player. it's not like gonzalez caught it and then the dude reached in and grabbed it, they both had the ball at the same time, wrestled for a couple seconds then he stopped. And again, any douchebag wrestling for a foul ball should be ridiculed and shamed in the first place. He knew he was in the front row and that players with gloves could get in the way. The fact that the wrestling lasted any time at all is absurd. Most fans who get in the way just have the ball snagged right in front of their eyes. It takes a special kind of douche to grab onto the glove and try and rip it apart. i see autistic gooney made a rare appearance today

    its all been good for me, even the last few years. we hired a smart FO and they said "we have a plan," and it was good enough for me. I dunno, I guess there were enough real world parallels where I was like sometimes you have to eat a little [expletive] for a big payoff down the road. if the payoff never comes, [expletive] it, I had fun on the journey and it will be fun to see what the next iteration is.

    Their pitching has overachieved to amazingly unsustainable proportions. Their offense hasn't really been able to hit much this year. Not really. They have a extremely high strand rate, but they've still pitched great, just better than their FIP, which is still second to only the Dodgers in all of baseball. So no, they haven't overachieved to amazingly unsustainable proportions. And whenever a team gets blown out, they look terrible. Judging their season performance based off the last two games is silly as the people who judge players off having a bad post season series. But I get it, your Cubs fans who hate the Cardinals, so logic isn't really what you're going to be using when evaluating a rival. do you think dead cardinals players room together in hell or are they segregated
