  1. every time i imagine a scenario where we trade for stanton, im reminded of the saying why would something good happen when something bad could happen instead
  2. They were so happy they caught that Home run that most likely costs them the series. I hate bandwagon baseball fans. yeah throw that horsefeathers back every time
  3. yeah jansen throwing 91 mph cutters up in the zone is not gonna work for long
  4. fuggggggggggggggggggggg i thought that was out
  5. i still cant get over that puig homer. i know its like 250 to LF but that was literally with one hand
  6. who hits the walkoff next inning
  7. holy horsefeathers lol
  8. i mean this is wild but it's not 2016 game 7 wild and we lived through that
  9. i thought they acknowledged a change, but said it was within the allowable range
  10. lol chris taylor chickened out at third and pretended he thought the coach said no instead of go, and then the coach just took the blame anyway and said yeah you woulda been out probably (neglecting to mention the horrible up-line throw and bobble by mccann)
  11. holy horsefeathers me either lmao
  12. is that rondon giants fan? every fanbase has a derwood
  13. it called them "perennial contenders" for the future. We've been lucky to have three straight years of 90+ wins, that rarely rarely happens. Even rarer is for that to happen at the beginning of a window. But there's a very narrow margin for this team (any team,) and given our pitching and bullpen issues, there's a reasonable argument you could make that what looked like an unstoppable juggernaut 12 months ago could be a couple injuries away from a win total in the mid 80s. Almost every team in baseball is a couple injuries away from an 80 win team. uhhhh yeah, exactly?
  14. Trade him for Ellsbury and put him in CF with Almora.
  15. i can't see any scenario where we don't just eat this contract until it's over, but that's why Theo gets paid the big bucks. Maybe he should just not be allowed to sign outfielders in FA (except Harper he's fine)
  16. i mean every team is essentially just waiting for the right time to search for a manager who fails in a different way than their current manager fails. Joe's weird horsefeathers that he pulls is a good example of the fact that every coach is dumb in their own way. You just pay them until you're sick of their weakness and you bring in a guy with a different weakness.
  17. how does his gf and or wife feel about it tho
  18. hopefully he can fix mike trout
  19. wow one of the server upgrades must have been to derwood's account
  20. im rich and have a big dick fyi
  21. arrieta to the yanks you heard it here first
  22. id prefer to have that Theo next offseason
  23. maybe we can hire larry roth's child again
  24. That was a very good assessment of the team, though. It was the lazy get traffic assessment of the team and not really understanding that we are in a still really big window. it called them "perennial contenders" for the future.
