    Stupid Adam Dunn cost the Reds a win yesterday by going 2-4 with a SOLO HR. The hall of famer Griffey did everything he could by going 0-4 but it just wasn't enough.

    I never realized how stupid and unappreciative Reds fans were. Too bad one of them isn't GM, we could probably pull off a Neifi for Dunn deal. Afterall, Neifi doesn't do stupid things like take walks and hit solo Home Runs.

    Wow, just wow. Some of my favorite parts: Let's also not forget that he kept Prior in too long and put Dave freaking Veres in during game 7 instead of Zambrano or Clement. " 2 Consecutive winning seasons, wow, how impressive. And he won a prestigious honor such as Sporting News' manager of the year. Twice. Holy Cow. Pedro Feliz was on deck when Barry Bonds tied Babe Ruth, he'd make a hell of a manager! And it was Dusty Baker himself that blew the 2002 World Series--he doesn' deserve better. Justin Breen, You Suck. Please never write another article about baseball. Ever

    Any team with Ozzie Guillen, AJ Eyechart, and Mark Buehrle is not likable. In fact, they are quite hateable.

    The good news is the Cubs are 6-1 at Petco and 10-1 in their last 11 in San Diego. The bad news is that we couldn't beat a high school team right now. Z needs to start pitching like we all know he can, and he needs to start doing it tonight against the crappy Padres offense. Please win Cubs.

    I saw this little tidbit on the game recap. Chicago Bears safety Chris Harris was escorted from his seat behind the Miami bench early in the fourth quarter after an exchange with Heat C Alonzo Mourning. Haha, that is awesome.

    Cubs are 12-21 at the BOB, and 6-18 since 2000. We'd be lucky to take 1 of these 2 games for sure. And on a totally unrelated note, I just noticed Jeff Francouer has ZERO walks in 108 PA this year. He makes Neifi look like Barry Bonds in that regard.

    I wish we could go back to the last 2 years when everyone complained about the Cubs hitting too many homers and not playing enough "smallball". This offense has no chance against lefties at all, I'm pretty sure even Glendon Rusch would shut this offense out right now. Pathetic.

    Kyle Farnsworth suffered a knee contusion on that Robert Fick play during the 2003 playoffs, and he was pitching the very next day, so taking into account that was a playoff game, I'd say Eyre has a shot at pitching this weekend.

    I hate Pujols the ballplayer, just because he's a Cardinal and he happens to be the best hitter in the game today, but there is no denying the guy is a quality individual. I'm sure you've all seen the sportscenter special about how he met his wife and found out she had a daughter with downs syndrome. Pujols adopted her as his own and he and his wife do charity work for kids with Downs syndrome. The guy is definitely quality.

    Boy, A-Ram really does look a lot more agile this year in the field and on the bases. That's the 2nd real nice play he's made at 3rd this year, hopefully he can stay healthy. Also, thank you TLR for batting Encarnacion 2nd, Keep it up please.
