Why? Crisp is younger, is good for a better OBP and OPS than Pierre, and has a better arm in center field. IF the ARam rumors are true, package Pierre with him and get back more. I think ARam and Pierre to Anaheim would net a nice package. All Pierre needs to do is throw to the cut-off man. Please tell me that was a joke. He's got a horrendous arm in center field, and runners take advantage of it frequently. Very limited perspective to say that all he has to do is hit the cutoff man. When you catch the ball 30 feet behind 2nd base and runners still score on you, your arm hurts the team. Didnt Pierre win a championship with his bad arm in CF? I dont see how Crisp will make a difference? Because he hits more HR? Give me a break. There are other problems on this team that more concerning than Pierre's arm. -

I wouldnt mind him if the Cubs got Tejeda. But not as a 3b. I would use him at 2b/

Ed Farmer show NO emotion when he calls a game. The guy makes it boring listening to him. But as a Cubs fan that's one of the things I like about Farmer. I sure don't wanna listen to a homer like Hawk if I'm watching the Sox. I like listening to Pat Hughes call a game. -

Well since everyone seems to be starting one, why not start a Go Angels thread. Not only are they the best team in major league baseball in July, but they also are only a .5 game behind the A's for first.
