    Hes not like top 5 but I put him in the top 10. there not going to just throw him to us. We would need to deal someone better than Murton with Pie and probbly a young pitcher.

    There is no way they would ever take a deal for Pie first off. Secondly they wouldnt take a deal for Pie, Murton, or even some pitching prospects. Hes one of the best pitchers in the major leagues. We would have to send them someone who is major league ready. If you havent noticed there are alot more teams that can offer alot more and alot more talented players.

    prediction 28-3 There horrible, but we might not be as on fire as last week guys there defense is better than the 49rs or at least I think it is.

    Even though I just said all that I dont think we need him unless hes going to play 3B.

    yes he is. First off Prior hasnt pitched in a full season for the last three years. as right of right now hes not worth anything unless he proves it again. Secondly Pie hasnt been moved up and theyve been talking about him for the last two years. Last time I checked hes batting like .260 in Triple a. Remember when the oroiles wouldnt deal Tejada for Prior and Pie yeah I proved my point with my last statements. Now Young isnt Tejeda level, but hes much better Izturis and they be giving up one of the best SS in baseball with a iffy pitcher, prospect that shows promise but hasnt proved it, and a good feilding, but horrible hitting SS.

    I dont think we have a chance for a-rod, zito, schmidt! I think our free agency pick ups will be a bunch of close to or 40 yr olds. I think Lowell rather than Rameirez, Roberts in center, and picking up like padilla and Bautista. Did I mention im depressed about next year if im right! yey :D

    How to you propose we get Micheal Young. Offensively hes one of the best at SS in the league. and dont give me a young picther and isturis that wont work.

    Im not saying Bob is the best option but I think we need a change of scenery either way. So a former world series winner would sound good to me

    Im just sick of MacPhail not wanting to make this a better team and Dusty I want out Im sick of him as well. Brennley would not be a bad manager. I mean he has won a world series and wasnt a bad manager for the Dbacks. Theyve talked about him possibly taking the job either if Dusty ops out during the year or next year.

    He sucks at the plate right now, but hes one of the best catchers in the league defensivly which is a decent for a backup catcher. Thats why when he plays Im not worrying about him getting hits im worrying about the balls that get past Barrett that he makes plays on.

    It was not AJs fault that was a fair and square move by him. Im not saying it was the right thing to do, but it wasnt wrong or illegal. The only people that should have gotten tossed were Barrett for starting the fight and Brian Anderson who was being a douche bag and starting a fight witht the nicest oldest guy on the cubs team. Dont get me Wrong AJ is an prick and I dont like him,but on there other hand Barrett is a head case and needs to keep is cool just like the thing with Dave roberts.

    I dont care about getting rid of Guzman if we can get Tejeda for Guzman you cant go wrong. We need the slugger and what we need in the offfseason is to sign another pitcher not rely on Prior or Wood for once in the last 3 years.

    Makes no sense at all thats all i have to say. Unless theres a deal being made it makes absolutely no sense at all.

    I say you trade Rusch Guzman or hill and basically everyone but marshall zambrano, maddux, eyre, howry, dempster, and maybe prior. Wood cost to much not worth the injury risk. As for the rest of the guys keep Dlee, Aramis, cedeno, Murton, and Barret. Pierre im in between depending if we can get a big bat. Jones get rid off and walker and nefi and hariston get rid of Id like Epatt up to. Try to deal for Cabrera or Abreu. I agree with the line up of ss cedeno 2b epatt cf pie or pierre rf cabrera or abreu lf murton c barret 3b rameriez and 1b lee pitchers keep marshall, maddux, and zambrano maybe prior, but im not sure and then howry, eyre, and dempster. the rest of the bullpen pick guys up and sign another starter
