    Sweet! I don't want to get too hyped up about him though - we've been let down by Prior and Wood far too often. That would be a sick pen though. Ohman Wuertz Marmol Howry Wood Dempster im all for wood comin back to help, thus giving me an excuse to break out the we got wood shirt again...haha but glad to hear dempster is goin to be back right away and that report was wrong It's nice to hear that now. I remember in the off-season many people saying how bad Dempster was. Now peeps are looking foward to him coming back. :)

    I wouldn't be entirely against giving up Marshall because he has lost some effectiveness lately. So has Hill come to think of it. If we have any righties who are doing well in AAA or AA I would like to see that happen so we can go to 3 righties and 2 lefties. Is there any RHP doing well in AA or AAA right now that anyone can think of? If that's the case, it might make this trade more likely to happen.

    Major league baseball is a business with a product. Would you want to be forced to take in a partner you don't like or don't trust? In a free country you don't have to. Maybe you'd like to be a Venezuelan farmer. Maybe I can sum it up better than Regulus. . I hate rich greedy heartless snobby bastards like the higher ups in MLB! PUKE!

    I agree, I'd rather get somebody, who used correctly. . could really help us. A RH bat off the bench, or for a platoon in RF. Floyd is putting up decent #'s. Platoon him with a RH bat and that would be a great platoon. Someone not named Pagan or Jones though. I do like that they played Ward in RF that one game. :lol:

    From what I've seen of Hill, he's at least marginal defensively too. Probably better than Barrett, but I think it's a stretch to say Hendry went with obvious defensive advantages. It seems more to me that he made a knee-jerk, desperate move and prayed Hill and/or Bowen would give him something. We all agree getting Blanco back will be a good thing for this ballclub. Stop and think about that for a moment -- that, my friend, is how bad it's gotten. Atleast Blanco has shown he can have a really hot month or two in the past.

    I agree. Murton, Cedeno, or Soto (in that order). How about Murton, Cedeno, AND Soto. j/k :wink: Really though Soto would be a no doubt about it upgrade. Murton could help, and Cedeno could really shine. I want to upgrade our catcher first and foremost.
